I love living at the Hendrik! The location is a perfect walking distance to a number of places and a cheap Uber to the other side of downtown. The apartments are cute, the common areas are well maintained, and management is so friendly. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to live in the downtown GR area.

My two favorite things about this place are that it is right above the Bridge Street Market, so grocery shopping is a breeze.
