Great place to live and you can't beat the location. Apartments are beautiful and modern with great views of downtown. Great community and neighbors too. There are always resident events being hosted and a beautiful rooftop patio where you can relax and meet others. Love the Hendrik!

The Hendrik is a great place to live! Being right above the Bridge Street Market is so convenient. The building is always clean, well updated, and the staff is so friendly! I highly recommend living here!

I love living at the Hendrik! The location is a perfect walking distance to a number of places and a cheap Uber to the other side of downtown. The apartments are cute, the common areas are well maintained, and management is so friendly. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to live in the downtown GR area.
